Unopened RYL Classic 35K devices can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Because these are nicotine products, opened or used devices cannot be returned for hygiene and compliance reasons.

If a device arrives defective or fails to charge, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it free of charge. Have your order number and the authentication code from the box ready.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five to seven business days of us receiving the return.
